Mental Wellbeing

We know that to stay healthy we need to look after our bodies, but we sometimes forget that we also need to look after our mental health (how we think, feel and act).

When we have good mental health this helps us feel positive, confident and act calmly.

In this section you can find useful organisations and apps that will support you with your mental wellbeing.

Kooth

If you are 11 years or older and live in Havering you can access an online service that gives you access to a team of experienced counsellors.  Access is free and there are no waiting times and you don't have to give your name if you don't want to.

The service is open for support every day between 12pm-10pm on weekdays, and 6pm-10pm on weekends and holidays.
